list of things we don't do that our competitors do

our ideal customer wants great coffee at very reasonable prices.  coffee is expensive for many reasons that don't actually directly help customers.  here's what we don't do that our competitors do:

  • have a showroom
  • employ salespeople
  • pay to advertise
  • provide "free shipping" where marked-up shipping is included in per pound price
  • have a phone
  • travel to coffee farms for photo ops
  • tell pretty stories about our coffee (let artificial intelligence write them for you!)
  • expect to take over the coffee world
  • use capital letters :)
